We are close to so many fabulous places to visit. The New Forest with ponies living wild and its quaint villages is close by.
The stunning sandy beaches of Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch are all near by. The pretty Minster town of Wimborne with its Model Village and the Purbecks hills are on the doorstep. Why not enjoy a boat trip to Brownsea Island from Poole Quay and take in the whole harbour with views of the Sandbanks peninsula. Or enjoy the beautiful Dorset scenery with a drive around Poole harbour visiting Corfe Castle and the stunning Purbecks, coming home on the car ferry from Studland.
Moors Valley Country Park with its woodland play trail and miniature steam railway is one of the top tourist destinations in Dorset. There are so many exciting places to visit in the area such as Monkey World in Wareham, Honeybrook Farm, Badbury Rings, Kingston Lacy National Trust house and gardens in Wimborne, Falmer Palmers, Paultons Park home to Peppa Pig World and a trip to Beaulieu and Butlers Hard in the New Forest.
Or if you fancy getting active why not take the opportunity to go horse riding in the New Forest, skiing at Snowtrax, go karting, golfing, swimming or try tree top walking at Go Ape in Moors Valley Country Park. There are also plenty of soft play attractions in the area for kids on a rainy day. If relaxation is more for you, why not indulge and visit one of the many wonderful spas Bournemouth has to offer. Alternatively you could just enjoy relaxing in a beautiful retro Airstream.
